Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that are used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Non-approved returns, returns without a valid reason, or returns outside the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

  3. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging.

  4. Include your order number and shipping name in the return package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged items upon delivery.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund, please contact your financial institution.

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars ($USD). Customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Product Concerns

Your safety is important. Please follow all usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and on our website. Misuse or improper use may result in damage or injury, and refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

If you experience discomfort while using any product, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will assist you with any questions or concerns.

Damaged Items

Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken. Minor shipping imperfections (like dented boxes) with undamaged products do not qualify as damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of the damage. Eligible items will be replaced at no cost. We do not refund or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear, or misuse.

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, Elviro Nutrition is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.
